Adhesion promoter ADP-S481, Our model ADP-S481 is an adhesion promoter for UV systems. It is an organic compound with unsaturated functional groups, mainly used to improve the coatings and adhesives of free radical polymerizable resins such as ultraviolet (UV) curable resins, electron (EB) accelerator radiation curing resins, unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl resins, etc. Adhesion and water resistance to glass, ceramics, metals.

3.Application of the Adhesion promoter ADP-S481:
1.High reactivity, effective for UV resin and EB resin with short curing time.
2.It can significantly improve the adhesion and water resistance of the coating to glass and metal, especially in glass coatings.
3.The chemical resistance, weather resistance and pencil hardness of the paint added with ADP-S481 have also been significantly improved.
4.ADP-S481 will not yellow due to high temperature, ultraviolet rays and aging, does not affect the color of the paint, and is especially suitable for transparent, natural and light-colored paints.

5.Storage and Shelf Life of Adhesion promoter ADP-S481:
Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature.
If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application.
6.Usage of Adhesion promoter ADP-S481:
If the primer method is used, dilute this product with a solvent such as isopropyl alcohol to a concentration of 2 to 5%, and then apply the primer to the substrate, spray it after drying or drying. The diluted product should not be stored for a long time and should be used up within 6 hours.
If this product is directly added to the paint, it is generally added in the final process and stirred well. The recommended dosage is 0.3~3%, and the optimal dosage should be determined by the test.
