1.Product Introduction of the Adhesion promoter ADP-W452
Adhesion promoter ADP-W452, Our model ADP-W452 is an adhesion promoter for aqueous systems. The main chemical composition is an epoxy-based aqueous silane oligomer with 50% active ingredient by weight and the remaining 50% water.
This product is mainly used to improve the adhesion and water resistance of waterborne coatings such as waterborne epoxy, acrylic emulsion, styrene-butadiene emulsion and polyurethane aqueous dispersion, and adhesives to inorganic materials such as glass and metal and polar substrates.
Or as an excellent high-performance layered material adhesion promoter to enhance the adhesion between inorganic materials (glass, minerals and metals) and organic polymers (hot solids, thermoplastics and elastomers), improve the mechanical strength of the material.

3.Application of the Adhesion promoter ADP-W452:
1. Surface treatment of inorganic materials: primers for metal surface treatment liquids, glass and metal substrates, etc.;
2, water-based adhesives: a variety of water-based automotive laminate adhesives, furniture laminate adhesives and flocking plastics;
3, water-based paint: a variety of waterborne epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic water-based industrial coatings, inks.
4. Water-based polymer additive: directly added to the water-based resin to improve the adhesion and water resistance of the resin.

The regular packing of Adhesion promoter ADP-W452 is available in 25kg plastic pail, 200L steel drums and 1000L immediate bulk container.

5.Storage and Shelf Life of Adhesion promoter ADP-W452:
Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature.
If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application.
6.Usage of Adhesion promoter ADP-W452:
This product contains 50% water, which can be directly added to the aqueous system and dispersed at high speed. The dosage is about 0.5-5%. The optimum amount is determined experimentally.
