DryFlow Dry Silane DLC-A187, is a convenient form of traditional liquid organo-functional silane coupling agent 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane with 65% high active concentration; it is a free-flowing powder. DryFlowTM DLC-A187 dry silane offers the benefit of easier handling and weighing, quicker incorporation during mixing and a longer shelf life.
This product has an epoxy organo-functional group and can be over a broad range of applications to provide superior bonds between inorganic substrates and organic polymers. The epoxy function reacts with a wide array of thermoset, thermoplastic and elastomeric materials.
DryFlowTM DLC-A187 dry silane functions by chemically coupling the filler to the backbone of the polymer during vulcanization, compounding or crosslinking, and it can be used at peroxide, sulfur, and metal oxide curing systems.
