Scope of application: pure epoxy, pure polyester, polyester/epoxy blend, polyurethane, acrylic and other common powder coating systems. Anti-corrosion powder coatings, the use of cheap resin powder coatings, insulation powder coatings, higher requirements for water-resistant powder coatings, powder coatings for special substrates.
Dosage and usage: 0.2 ~ 1% of the total mass of the formula is suitable, the optimum dosage should be determined by the test, 0.3 ~ 0.5% dosage is common. The product can be mixed and extruded directly with other materials. This product is compatible with resin and other additives, will not affect the surface properties of powder coatings, do not interfere with color matching, there is no bad smell.
